For both awards, Sensyne ranked in the top 50 of small to mid-sized organisations largely based in North America, with a headcount between 200 – 500 employees.
These awards were derived solely on the objective anonymous sentiment ratings from the Company’s current employees who rated Sensyne on the Comparably website earlier this year. No costs or any type of incentive were associated with the employees’ participation.
Best CEO for Women Awards:
Sensyne was given the award following feedback from female employees, currently working at the company, that rated CEO Lord Paul Drayson highly. Additionally, 97% of female employees at Sensyne said they were proud to be a part of the company.
